Scottish Producer based in London UK, born in 1973, started music at 13 with Guitar then discovered synthesisers in 1990. This was the turning point that set in motion a lifelong passion for creating music. Started off writing acid tracks and rave music with a very minimal setup. Throughout the nineties and early noughties he refined his production and skills from producing and remixing his friends music and has branched out from techno to electronica and beyond. Not limited by genres. He has many inspirations and influences including books and soundtracks from all decades and his music reflects that. Has had several releases with small independent House labels. Recently Singed to Space Sound Records with his Spacesynth side project VCF Troopers. He discovered Synthwave and Retrowave styles back in 2016 where he has developed his own sound and has some successful collaborations. Dzod continues to explore new technology and musical opportunity.
